Known contact-form data flow
When submitted, a form message sends the name, email address, subject and message—and, if provided, the phone number and selected language—to info@yavrukorepoodle.com by email so the enquiry can be delivered. Delivery uses the configured HostGator SMTP server. The application does not write these fields to an application database; the message may be retained in the recipient mailbox and SMTP/email service systems. Their retention, access conditions and any international transfer details have not been verified. To limit form abuse, the IP address attached to an otherwise valid submission is used in an in-memory request counter for up to 15 minutes; in serverless hosting, this counter is not shared or persistent across all instances. This technical description does not assert a data-controller identity or legal basis.
